Fabio Borini is set to join Milan from Sunderland, as per reports.
The Black Cats attacker scored just two Premier League goals in 24 games as the club were relegated from the top-flight in 2016-17.
Nevertheless, the Serie A giants are set to secure the 26-year-old's signature ahead of Lazio in the coming days.
Borini will undergo a medical on Wednesday, as he looks to complete a return to Italy.
The forward began his career at Chelsea but has also played for Parma and Roma in Serie A. Borini returned to England to join Liverpool, prior to his move to Sunderland.
