Lt General Abdulrahman Danbazau Minister of interior in company of DIG Habila Joshak, National Commandant NSCDC A.Q Muhammadu arrived jalingo this morning and had a meeting with the Executive Governor of Taraba state Arc Darius Dickson Ishaku.The meeting took place in the Governor's Chambers government house Jalingo. Speaking Danbazau expressed his deep condolence to the people of Taraba over the demise of late governor Danbaba suntai, he said it is a great lost not only to Taraba but the entire Nation at large.
The Minister said they were in the state for a fact finding mission on the mamabilla misunderstanding. As a ministry responsible in safety of the people, he said alot has been said in the social media and they would not just depend on that but decided to come see things for them self. He appreciated the state government for making sure the crisis was cuttle and they are here to show concern and to contribute there own quater to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future.He emphasised on peaceful co-existence amongst the tribe and religions. Danbazau said Taraba is also his state and he came to also see the danbazawas who once came to visit and made him know of there existence. He lastly said he and the delegation came purposely for the fact finding mission on the crisis which took place in Mambilla.
His Excellency the Executive Governor of Taraba state Arc Darius Dickson Ishaku who received the delegation thank them sincerely for the condolences accorded the state concerning the death of our late Gentle man per Excellence Captain DD Suntai.The Governor speaking said he is indeed very grateful having them in Taraba, he said this is the first time the FG is coming with full force in assisting the state in times like this he said all the security arms have shown much concern in making sure that the crisis doesn't happen again. Ishaku said he is happy that the situation is calm and he has been on his toe in making sure that the wounds are healed and to stop future occurance.

Ishaku told the delegation that soon as he returned from Germany all he did was to make sure that mambilla is back to normalcy, by seting up two new committees. The Governor informed the Delegation that the Deputy Governor just returned from the mambilla were he went to sample the opinion of the people and to have futher step to move forward in putting to an end the crisis.we have had over 8 crisis this year and non has been taking seriuos as this one and said had in been it was taken seriuos like this one he is sure that this one wouldn't have occurred.
He once again appreciated the Minister and his entourage for coming saying Taraba is the only state that Boko Haram has not touch in the North East and he has complain severally to the FG and not until now that it is happening. Ishaku said the Fulani he knows doesn't fight and he doubt that the herdsmen are into this. Ishaku sited and example of his experience with a Fulani man which ended with no quarrels. Gov Ishaku said the man in the village doesn't have problem with each other it is the elite that has the problem. He pleaded that we should have looked deeper than accusing the fulanis saying the solution lays with the elites and plead we solve issues before it gets out of hand. The Governor acknowledged that the military has more decipline than us and wished everyone had one. Ishaku said it is true that we got our independence on the plater of gold and that is why we kept saying north, South East without knowing we are one, he said Nigeria is beautiful but Taraba is the most beautiful.
Ishaku empahise saying his team has passed the Tea test in Germany and soon will begin Exportation, and added by saying Taraba can provide rice for the whole Nigeria ( our drum is full and doesn't make noise) just last year i was able to raise 15 thousand rice farmers Ishaku said.
There is no reason for anyone to quarrel in this state as the peace of Taraba will soon be returned to its fullest.
